When a discount is larger than the taxable items and shipment charges on an invoice, YoPrint keeps the taxable amount at zero instead of creating a negative tax total.

For taxes split across several lines, rounded line amounts no longer add up to more than the invoice tax total.

The Square removal confirmation in Settings > Apps now stays tied to the connection you selected. If that connection is removed or replaced while the confirmation is open, the confirmation closes instead of applying the action to the replacement.

A second rapid confirmation no longer sends another removal request while the first is in progress. Cancel returns keyboard focus to the Square action menu.

Purchase order PDFs now format prices and custom tax percentages from their exact decimal values. Previously, converting a very large value for display could change its final printed digits.

This changes PDF formatting only. Saved amounts, tax rates, and purchase order calculations are unchanged.

Documents built with PDF Templates now use the current catalog product title when a catalog item has no product name saved on the order. This restores missing names in order, job, shipment, invoice, and purchase order PDFs.

If the order item already has a saved name, YoPrint still uses that name. A later catalog rename does not change the name on the existing order.

In Production > All Tasks > View Calendar, a single click still opens the task preview. Choose View full details or double-click the task to open its parent Job Detail dialog. Pinned task cards use the same destination.

This restores the previous parent-job behavior. No separate Open Task action was added.

Long company and profile names now wrap inside the Overview section. Long job names and Customer PO values stay inside their own space instead of moving nearby controls. Hover over a shortened job name or Customer PO to see it in full.

Invoice warnings now show the specific issue when there is one and Multiple Issues when there are several. Long warning text uses an ellipsis, with the full message available on hover.

Dialogs with a footer action that opens another page, starts a sync, creates a purchase order, saves work, or retries a step now place Close or Cancel beside that action. Use Close to leave a read-only or reusable view. Use Cancel when leaving abandons work in progress.

A dialog with no footer workflow continues to use the X in its header. YoPrint does not add an empty footer only to repeat the same exit.

On sales order and purchase order lists and detail pages, the tag picker now stays open after you add a tag. Add several tags in one session, then click away or press Escape when you are done.

Tags that are already on the order no longer appear in the picker. If a tag does not save, it remains available so you can try again.

When a Shopify order arrives with a missing or invalid email, YoPrint now uses the Shopify customer email for the imported contact. A valid email on the order is still the first choice.

Job bars in Production Control now use their configured status color as soon as the schedule loads. The color used to appear only after you moved the pointer over the bar.

Searching for a custom product now returns it, including one you just created. A newly created custom product could put the product list into an error state instead of showing results.

The approval list now loads when one of its orders no longer has a customer. A single approval like that used to stop the whole list from loading.

Approval history also keeps a readable label. An entry with no order or job to point at now reads as Approval instead of showing a blank name.

A sales order whose message history points at a contact or user that no longer exists now opens as usual. The order detail and its recipient list used to fail to load.

The missing recipient stays in the Customer Message recipient list as a row you can remove, and YoPrint does not send to it.

Global search now returns invoice results when one of the invoices you can see has no customer. A single invoice like that used to break the whole search.

You can still open that invoice and its sales order from the result, and only the customer action is unavailable. Opening an older invoice with incomplete line items no longer breaks the detail view either.

A Shipping Cost row now shows the saved fee as both the unit price and the subtotal, even when the line has no quantity. A shipment counts as not billed at zero, partly billed below the calculated fee, and fully billed once an invoice covers it.

Auto Pack now raises an existing shipping fee that is still at zero to the unbilled shipping amount, and it updates that line instead of adding a second fee.

Changing the tax on an invoice is now a single save. A tax change used to be sent as a separate removal and addition, so an invoice could end up with no tax at all when only part of it went through.

Switching to a different manual tax preset now keeps the new rate and charged total after a reload, and tax changes that used to fail on save go through.

Receiving a purchase order in more than one delivery no longer marks individual receipts as short. YoPrint compares everything you have received against the quantity on the purchase order line.

Receiving also refreshes the stock figures on the sales orders and jobs linked to the purchase order once the line settles.

Purchase order reports and CSV exports now show what you received. The received subtotal, tax, and total use your received quantities and the prices on the purchase order instead of reporting zero.

The same reports list a connected sales order or customer once, whether the link comes from current demand or an earlier receipt.

The YoPrint app has a new look, and it fits more of your work into the same space. Headers, cards, tables, forms, statuses, dialogs, breadcrumbs, and icons now follow one design across the workflows your team uses every day.

Your familiar workflows are still where you expect them, including sales orders, quotes, jobs, purchase orders, stock control, invoices, messages, and Settings. The update changes how information is presented without changing the jobs your team needs to do.

• Job and Task details open with a click from the All Jobs and All Tasks calendars and from the Production Control schedule, and up to three detail panels stay pinned while you work.
• Customer details are grouped into tabs and summary cards for overview, finance, activity, people, and connections.

Open your profile menu to choose light, dark, or system. YoPrint keeps that choice in the browser where you set it, and dark mode carries through the busier screens, including analytics charts, inventory, the All Jobs and All Tasks calendars, Production Control, and Mockup Creator.

When you add a product from Needs Ordering, YoPrint now opens the full chooser with every color and SKU. Products with more than one page of options used to add only the first page and drop the rest without telling you. Complete products still expand in place, with direct add and remove actions for each color and SKU.

You can add or remove products, colors, and SKUs from Stock Control > Needs Ordering and from Add from Needs Ordering on a purchase order.
