Your profile now has a Sales Order Opening setting. For each place an order can open from, you choose Preview window, Full page, or New tab for existing sales orders and quotes.

• From global search, for orders you open from the global search dialog.
• From sales order lists, for row actions, double-click, and customer order tabs.
• From links, for linked orders on invoices, shipments, jobs, purchase orders, and messages.

Preview window stays the default, and your choice is saved for you on the team you are working in.

Deleting a job now releases the inventory committed to its line items before those items are removed, so stock is no longer held by a job that no longer exists.

First-run setup now uses the standard YoPrint address form for your primary location, including address lookup, country and state pickers, and the US and Canada state or province checks used everywhere else. You can sign out or switch teams from setup if you need to.

Loading the country list no longer wipes address fields you have already filled in, and choosing an address suggestion no longer reopens the suggestion list while the field is still focused.

When you open a sales order in a preview window and select the action to add a product, the product search results now appear in full instead of being cut off at the edge of the window.

Lists in YoPrint, and the dialogs opened from them, no longer stop working when a row on the open page is out of date or missing. Payment link, participant selection, purchase order vendor, and QuickBooks status displays now handle a missing row instead of failing.

Selecting View on a sales order row, or double-clicking the row, now opens the order in a preview window over the list instead of navigating away. Your filters, sort, page, and scroll position stay exactly where they were, and you can switch the preview window to full screen.

The order header stays pinned while you scroll the details, so the order identity and its main actions remain in view. Draft orders still open in their existing create or edit screen, and the same preview window opens from a customer embedded order list.

Choosing a catalog product in Add Items to Inventory now shows its variant panel at desktop width instead of leaving it hidden. The size and color grid also keeps color names readable for one-size products and products with long color names.

When a job, purchase order, shipment, job pipeline, customer message, or sales order has no status set, lists, grids, calendars, and detail panels no longer fill the gap with the team's first status or an out-of-date one. Overdue checks follow the same rule, and status controls carry only the status you actually chose.

Add a previous job now opens a chooser that starts with this customer's recent jobs before you type anything, searches previous jobs, and shows the selected job beside the results with its mockups, services, and notes. On a narrow screen, open a result to see its preview, then go back to the results.

You can filter by customer, by job status, and by whether the job has mockups. Mockups here means uploaded job mockup files and Mockup Creator designs together, so a job with only uploaded files no longer looks like it has none. Your search, filters, and selection are still there if you close the chooser and reopen it for the same order.

After a clone, the chooser closes, the sales order refreshes, and YoPrint scrolls to the new job and highlights it instead of opening the job window over your work. Creating a job from a preset or the context menu now behaves the same way.

Deleting a job now cancels the ordering demand on its sales order line items before those items are removed, so a job you delete from now on does not leave quantities behind in Needs Ordering.

Entering a US or Canadian address now resolves the state or province to a known name or abbreviation, and a typed value YoPrint does not recognize can no longer be saved without one. Clearing or retyping the country also clears the country and the state or province that no longer apply.

This covers customer, vendor, company location, purchase order destination, setup, and shipment addresses. Addresses outside the US and Canada keep free-text state entry, and shipping labels still receive the abbreviation the carrier expects.

Re-importing or resyncing a Shopify order no longer changes the address or contact stored on other Shopify orders for the same customer. Each order keeps the address and contact that came with it, and an ordinary edit in YoPrint cannot repoint them either.

Opening the job detail from a job-attached Mockup Creator session now keeps its menus, tooltips, tasks, services, comments, messages, cart, and purchase order windows in front of the editor instead of behind it. Closing one of those windows returns you to the editor with the job still open.

Once the job detail has loaded, saving or refreshing inside it no longer replaces the whole window with a loading screen.

Catalog product images for S&S Activewear and S&S Activewear Canada now load in Mockup Creator when the catalog is turned on for your team and no S&S supplier account is connected. Live S&S pricing and stock still need a connected account, and SanMar, AS Colour, and Momentec still need theirs.
